Agree 100%, gum wrapper would've been better than using an official Federal Government Form clearly labeled United States Securities And Exchange Commission...

Someone at NTEK with full knowledge of the fact they were no longer in the SEC EDGAR filing system intentionally opted to file EIGHT Form 4's on a website such as OTC Markets.com which is not an official venue for the filing of Federal documents but simply a disseminator of financial and company information...
