Come to think about it, the point of who owns who is moot.
There won't be a merger. Arsc is abandoned to fade away or be revoked for non compliance or other filing transgressions.
Like other shells in these guys histories. Always on to the new thing.

Can't even flip this lousy stock. And soon the 'other' will be the same. lol
