More evidence of Treaty Energy Shenanigans in Belize... Investors holding restricted shares should take notice as well.

Paragraphs 5 & 6 are very telling and the Truth....

5.
Defendant Corporation, Through it's officers, made false representations regarding the stock and the company's alleged drilling operations in Belize. Petitioner actually flew to Belize to view said operations on November 19-23, 2011.

6.
On this trip, one of Defendant's employees stated that the weekend was simply a "show" to create a false sense of security for investors. Petitioner was in Belize to inspect the drilling site. Defendants stalled him in regards to visiting the drilling site. Petitioner was allowed to look at the drilling site and spoke with drilling superintendent Bill Hardin. Petitioner questioned Hardin why the alleged drill site wa missing things such as pipe, cement, tanks, etc. Hardin responded "I'm just doing what I was told. I see you know about drilling, and I'm not going to feed you a line of crap. They don't pay me enough for that. This is a show for investors."

7.
Defendant Corporation has failed to make full disclosure
of its activities, has made false statements regarding its activities and has violated the Louisiana Securities law. R. S. 51:701-724.

8.
When Petitioner learned of the securities fraud and questionable operations of defendants, he demanded that his shares be repurchased and that he be repaid with interest
