Yes and I sell at a lost my position when they didnt deny their involvement with APS. I sent several emails asking if they actually were involved and never got a response. Then there was a law suit because of APS and not even then they denied their involvement with APS. In addition they have lied over and over aging with all their deadlines, is been almost a year since they announced proceeding to unitial manufacturing ( lies and more lies). Even now for a simple demo video they have been postponing over and over again. When their shares become unrestricted next I bet they will find a way to sell them out and probably they will come up with more lies. If this is not enough their market cap is more than 16mill and they dont even have a product to sell. In the last Q they said they will need 500000 additional capital and have no idea how to get it. Even if the co. is not a Scam its market cap is ridiculous and how do you think they could possibly raise additional cap? The only way is diluting the co. and that would affect the pps and all current shareholders. I have no position in this co. I think the moto meter is a smart idea but I dont think they will be able to carryout with any production. If they do I will be watching and might change my mind, but right now this a very bad place to have your money. I was able to recover my losses 10 times since I was out a long time ago. GLTA
