I called Epiq on the Lehman Docket website. You ask to escalate past the call center and have someone call you back. Epiq also told me that Lehman is working on increasing the amount for some of the creditors and they are awaiting word from the debtor on what they will do with next steps. I asked does that include 10b and the guy said you have to wait for the debtors to decide what they are going to do. He told me to look for dockets info or call them back when its close to the next distribution. They only have and do what the debtor tells them. Thats it from my call....go figure....
