The share price you mentioned was all due to speculation and happened prior to Clarke taking over. The company was at .0001 with no cash or operations when our current CEO took over. He has since shown increased profits and share price and obviously working to enhance shareholder value as stated in a PR. Besides, the fluctuation of share price in the pinks is usually determined by large trading groups or market makers!
