The stock is being manipulated by the market makers because of the 14c filing that came out announcing the the increase in the authorized. If the stock were allowed to freely trade without this manipulation we would be trading much higher. The contrarians highlight the dilution by the company but realistically the mms create naked shorts everyday to manipulate the stock. Looks like they are in need of the new shares at these sub penny levels to cover. The higher the price the less shares. It's a crooked game, its time for management to start earning their paychecks and deliver on revenue generating deals, if this was accomplished we would not be talking about Shorts!! It's called Executing!!! The shareholders have absorbed the dilution to finance the debt settlement, not to make this a personal piggy bank. If the leader cannot deliver its time to step aside. Shareholders have suffered long enough!!
