Good morning Salty IA and other fellow bank heads.

I know next to nothing regarding BCAR and have just been following vicariously. It seems the bank is moving in the right direction, but what are the primary reasons for the continued losses on the bottom line, impaired loan performance and provisions?

More importantly I was wondering what the bank intends to do about this:

The Company's banking subsidiary had a Tier 1 leverage capital ratio and Tier 1 capital to risk-weighted assets ratio of 3.38% and 4.51% respectively, while its total capital to risk-weighted assets ratio was 5.77% as of September 30, 2013.



Surely they are under mandate to bring these Tier levels up to acceptable levels, correct?
