I know this is waaaaaaaaaay out on left field, but what are the chances that the company bought the float( or as much as possible) just to raise the share price in the next month or two and control the price accordingly and using the PR of the RS as a deterrent for others to buy in. I just cannot see why someone(HYII) would file something like this on the one day they had some major volume, something that would usually scare people away.
