I would tell you that neither of those matter. After selling its handset division to microsoft, Nokia will have calved off a falling iceberg (to put it figuratively). Nokia will be making their money from patents, software, and network components. There is good speculation M&A will pick up alcatel and once merged they will take on Erricson who has been dominating that field. I think it would be accurate to look at erricson's share price and assume Nokia will be close to that within 2 -5 yrs. IMO and considering they do business as usual without that enormously heavy but very nice hand set holding them down ;) Do some more DD obviously as mine may be a little vague and forward looking. I did mine 4 months ago and this was the first stock I bought upon re entering the market.
