The CDEx scam and its predecessors have been operating for over a quarter century! Yes, over 25 years! If one examines the public records they will see that even before this scam operated under the Loch Harris name, it operated under three other names before it- ALL STOCK SELLIN SCAMS, EACH ONE OF THEM.

The name may change but the scam continues.
