Thanks guys. The first thing that caught my eye was the interest. I now have three reits with high interest but the stock price kept dropping. Their div payment is due this month and I'm getting rid of them. Stay clear of CIM, CYS, and NYMT. Also, stay clear of VPER. It's a looser. After I sell these guys off, I'll jump into SMTP. Once there, I'll post you guys. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
