PN the BOD and Offer all own large amount of shares. Why would they agree to a deal at a lower price than the current price. But remember when Offer bought in years ago he bought over 300M shares at a very low price. That provided capital and gave the company stability. The stock price went up significantly over the next few years. If a large international oil company took a stake in ERHC possibly the same thing could happen again. Lets say they bought 500M shares at .10 or higher. You might say why would they pay more than the current share price but if they wanted an interest in our properties they could never buy that many shares on the open market.
