Accurate comments today.
I have a little past history and I can tell you 250million is not a large sum of money in the world of financing construction projects.
And I can also tell you prior to the feasibility reports being complete and accurate no financiers would be able to commit capital.
So it is my opinion they have lock up the financing or they are in the final stages.
Therefore I expect news + or - to be release at the end or the beginning of the new year.
