SEC Halt is the best thing that could ever happen at this point... stop this SCAM now so that no more investors end up losing their shirts... Too much money has been lost already... Everyone has their own crazy theories as to where VNDM came from but there is 2 undeniable facts...

1) NIR Group with toxic debt and conversion at 0.0001 (read filings)

2) TA being Gagged.


Conclusion:

Scam.

Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time, more intelligently.
