Insiders bought at .17? Are you 100% sure about that? Form 4 rules state:

Where Form Must be Filed

Now ask yourself this question, why hasn't these recent Form 4's shown up on the EDGAR radar??? The rules clearly state they should be there but they are NOT...enjoy...
