That is all well and good crede covers their investment, smart business. However that does not fill in the gap as to why crede would care to take the Sp down 30%. Just making an argument since it is beyond my knowledge as to who it is that is selling and why. Thinking out loud if the Sp rides up to $4 then crede is making money or no? Damndest thing in the world of finance for me to understand.
