You need to watch the video. His interpretation is off IMO.

Demarco was almost entirely negative on the future of F&F except the few instances he took the time to pat himself on the back for a job well done. Several times he talks about a 'post-conservatorship' world which if you spin it positively could be whatever you want but what he meant was after F&F are wiped out, that's the 'post-conservatorship' world.
