The company states on their 10k that they have no outstanding legal proceedings. I think if they stopped the legal proceedings because they believe pfizer is going to make a deal then that is a horrible move. They should continue the legal proceedings until a deal has been made. So either a deal has been made and they are just not telling us or they falsified information on the 10k. Deals, you have experience in this area, could you shed some light on this? To me stopping legal proceedings with a company that has screwed you over a few times is crazy!
