schwienmister posted this earlier, I read through. It appears the board is advising share holders that it would be beneficial for the company to do a 2:1 up to 5:1 reverse split, but later says the split can be up to 10:1, but unlikely. The R/S discussion is the main purpose of the 11/14 meeting. there are 4 total topics, but the other 3 seem minor compared to R/S.

One other note, there is only one investor above the 10mill shares mark. Where's the secret investor?
