checked yesterday (& I mean checked then talked w/ 6 separate SOS's, Arizona, Nevada, Iowa, Wisconsin, Wyoming & Delaware) NO paperwork yet filed nor submitted on ATL American Trainco Logistics Inc as of 9/24/13 (even though PR'd) & all stated that as soon as paperwork is filed their web sites are updated to reflect such. The above states are where other filings have been made & where there are residences located of those in control of PTA Holdings & then threw in Delaware as well as that state is one of the Pinky favorites like Nevada. Anybody else actually able to find that this so called corporation exist as per the date of the press release & who actually filed/formed it?
