Hmmm, on Jeffrey A. Foley's Form 4 dated 10/18/2013 and filed on OTC Markets website has NO Issuer Name with only the Trading Symbol, right?

Why wasn't the EXIT BOX checked (upper left hand side of the Form 4 above the reporting person's name) as required by law since NTEK isn't obligated to report to the SEC ??? (Doh!!!)

Once again, I did PROVE it! ARE YOU suggesting that Alan D. Stone
(former CEO & President of Nintendo, & President of Sega),
attorney Ted Campbell & NTEK CEO Mr. Jeffrey Foley are lying &
commiting FRAUD? That they submitted a fraudulent document to
the OTC?

The document does appear to be fraudulent in my opinion...prove these transactions were made other than OTC Markets flimsey filing requirements, in other words post proof from some other source that these transactions are genuine and include the link...
