1) my post had nothing to do with prior management
2) my post never disparaged Novacab or claimed it was a cab company
3) it is fine that he gets preferred shares, however look at his other companies and he has made money by getting share prices well above the trading value.

So I would like to know why people think he will do a better job for the pps than he has with his other companies. Right now SBRH is trading as well as any of his other companies.

Don't you think it matters whom the boss is and his past performance?!

Why should I not be concerned? Just give me a good reason to believe. A real explanation/answer.
