I appreciate your opinion but I believe you are off base. For one, what you're describing is nothing more than poor execution by your broker. Who is your broker? Secondly, R/S come when a company has already maxed out their A/S. considering LVGI literally just increased their A/S by 2 billion that means that as of today the O/S is still at 500 M. IMO there is literally no chance of an R/S at this point in time. If investors saw a 2 B A/S increase followed by a R/S I promise you no one would touch this with a 10 foot pole. The dilution sucks and is shady but the company isn't a bunch of retards. They understand you have to keep the stock at least somewhat attractive or you will have no buyers to sell to.
