I dont believe that it was because of the short risk.
I think it was Solomons big need for money in his heavy expansions and that he was diluting this company like hell..
In sweden it's not okay to do like this, and the finances is still not in order.
As soon as it will be, then we will have a good case to earn big money.

I think that Penser are helping Siaf as much as they can in all way to get up listed to nasdaq.


And for the new people, why the swedish people have made investments in this company
Nisse is president of a investment's group that is called jordanfonden and has a long experience in investing in small company that is becoming big.
He have never seen this potential for any company before.

Nisse together with a lot of team members is doing really good research before they invest in any company
Nisse is really good on his job and have a lot of 10-100 baggers in his brief.

Without Nisse this would not be a 60% swedish owned company.
And it feels good that Nisse now are one of the board members..
