I agree...the asset purchase agreement didn't appear to convey any rights to whatever the sources of those revenues may have been.
I was merely pointing out that there WERE some revenues...enough annual revenues to pay for the cash component of the asset purchase in just one year...and wondering if management or anyone else had 1)identified the source(s) of those revenues and 2)assessed whether CTIX might be in a position to provide whatever services might have generated those revenues for itself.

Those are my principles, and if you don't like them... well, I have others.
