6). VODWIZ SUPPLIER STUDIOS - The Board reviewed the VODWiz Participation
Agreements and approved the release of contracts for Monarch Home Entertainment, RLJ /
Image Entertainment, Magnolia Films, Phase 4 Films, Echo Bridge Films, Anchor Bay Films,
Allegro Entertainment Group and Cinedigm / Gaiam-Vivendi. These key indie suppliers are
collectively expected to provide VODWiz with approximately 2,500 titles from their combined
catalogs (which cover more than 18,000 titles, not all of which are available for transactional
video-on-demand delivery). The Board also approved the hiring of a full-time VODWiz General
Manager (or V.P.) as primary point person for the studio-relations with suppliers, as well as to
generally oversee the delivery of films to Nanotech Entertainment (the VODwiz operational
partner). The Board approved the anticipated annual base salary of $60,000, as well as the
placement of ads in the Hollywood Reporter and local (N.W. Arkansas) outlets.
