True, the Penser thing is disturbing particularly the fact that it has been some smoke-screens this summer regarding the delay we had then...what I meant was that IF Siaf is all legit, it really doesn't matter what SEC, Nasdaq, Penser, FN thinks, the reward will come anyway.

Back to Penser, it haven't been discussed that much in here, agree and that's kind of strange, no doubt!
For the sake of argument then, we say that Penser found really damning things about Siaf and the numbers(what can it be if not that??), how do you then think Bod are thinking when they go to Nasdaq instead....that's a puzzle to me and for sure it would be very nice to hear from the Bod in the CC about their strategy!
