Looks like Aethlon May have slipped up here. The message is in the details.

This is the Overview for ESI on Aethlon's site:

Exosome Sciences, Inc. (EXSCI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aethlon Medical, Inc., creates diagnostic tools to detect and quantify the presence of exosomes in blood and other fluids...

This is from the Note on 9/24:

Aethlon Medical, Inc. (OTCQB: AEMD), announced today that Dr. Cicek Gercel-Taylor has been appointed Clinical Research Director of Exosome Sciences, Inc. (ESI), a wholly-owned diagnostic subsidiary of Aethlon Medical.


This is from the Article this morning:

Exosome Sciences, Inc. is a majority owned Aethlon subsidiary that is advancing exosome-based strategies to diagnose and monitor cancer and infectious disease progression. Additional information can be found at www.AethlonMedical.com


The difference is the terminology of "ownership" has changed from Wholly Owned, which means that they own the whole company; to Majority, which to me means that there must be a minority owner somewhere. Who is this minority owner? How much do they own?

This reveals a lot and I think that this might have been a premature, if not accidental edit on Aethlon's part. Don't be surprised if they announce a partnership here in the next couple of days.

The fact that they terminated their offering last week speaks volumes also. This edit error just confirms for me that they are definitely about to announce something.

If you remember when I called partnership with NxStage. Lots on the board speculated that the darpa contract was ours, but couldn't identify the third party involved. People thought Baxter Ferenius, but it was NxStage. The message was right there in our faces. All it took was a google search. Here is the link to my post for a refresher.
