Sterne, Agee & Leach is initiating ICON with a Buy and a tgt of $15 saying the transition from a design, wholesale and marketing model to the licensing model, has improved revenue predictability, through strong minimums, removed inventory risk and reduced operating risk. Firm says the new model generates very high EBITDA and net income margins. The firm believe the co has an exciting and profitable future ahead of them.
