No telling what the fall out will be.This was not one persons fault.The top brass was apart of this long ago.

This judge may issue saction regarding such misleading filings imo.Its outright fabrication to a Supreme court,superior judge.

What I would really like to know is when did Pfizers attorneys realize Ponezumab was onging in trials? Surely it was not when Shapiro filed his opposition reply papers on 7/02/13.

What really is the kicker is Shapior new this trial was ongoing way before it hit ClinicalTrials.gov 3/28/13 and he is standing there with this knowledge 4/25/13 motion to seal and never never never speaks of it.
