Great post!!! Looks like the merger is a GO after all IMO!!!

Based on the financial information that I have seen for Novacab. This stock could have a valuation of up to 50x the current PPS if we consider a 10x earnings multiple wich is conservative. The SS won't matter because we will be looking at earnings per share and the stock will be valued accordingly. JMHO!!
