Yes. It is only logic.

Worlds asked the court to correct the errors and ATVI is saying it is not within a courts authority to overrule the laws set in place at the time.

So a simple solution would be to meet both parties in the middle and access damages from the certificate of correction date.

Using this logic (although courts do not function with logic!) assuming 50 percent chance for the court to rule in the middle and 25% for the other cases, there is only a 25% chance the MSJ will be denied.

That is my view on the statistics of the case and yes statistics is not really math and doesn't make sense to me lol
