Talked to Adam yesterday. Company hoping to have EPC by end of Nov. no definitive date set. Casale incorporating their tech into the engineering reason given for delay. Payments they owe on Nov. 1 have been renegotiated. Supposed to announce some kind of interim financing deal. Didn't say when. They are now looking at bond being done in Q1 of 2014.
