There is no reason to believe there will be an uplisting before conservatorship is lifted, imo. Right now, FnF's only duty is to the conservator, not the shareholder, thus no reason to uplist.

But we always have this...

The reason I believe ultimately the conservatorship must be lifted straight up, or else the hedgies will sue and win (all my opinion):
