Buffalo this is entertainment for me,yet my ethic here is that ,imo it is a replay of what Mario has done before. However, I will not brag that I am smart enough to know all the ramifications. What I believe & feel to be true is that uneducted investors will be induced into buying this stock & both the O/S & float will grow to have hundreds of thousands of shares diluting share holder value, over time.

I won't pump this stock ethically ;because I know what Mario has told people publickly & me privately many many times over ;but what he said& PRed mostly with spwp did not come to fruition. It also seems to me that while Mario blasted Walter Davis as the bad guy,he made himself look like the good guy;but the bottom line is why didn't he come straight out & warn investors to stay out;because he knwew all the time where the whole mess with SPWP was heading, legally. To me this brings his business credibility,as CEO of smnc & spwp, to a extremely low level. So now he expects the investing community to believe what he posts on web sites with ONYY,that all has changed & he will make it all good with this new ONYY shell. But ,as I said I won't support this new stock. What I will do is to sit here in observance & I will invest my dollars,"if" I see the opportunity to pick up short term profits.

If you believe that this stock is the best thing since sliced bread,no one will hold you back. But,where my money is concerned I will watch this evolve & play the game for short term profit ,If & when I see the opportunity& that could be going long or short.

I will always question Marios PRs & there true meaning.I trust that you & others now clearly understand my position when it comes to this ONYY stock.
