I was caught not doing my homework. I saw the wire feed with news of a placement at .60 and did not see the 8k released later. All the 8k does for me is muddy the waters more. Now you have news of a placement at a heavy discount to market and a looming reverse split. Individually those items can lead to a death spiral and now they are both loaded in the same cannon. Perhaps there is something here that is well beyond my comprehension. I will remain cautiously optimistic.
