Not really, the wine here has a bitter taste, so any cheese would be lost on the palate.

But I like where you are going with the imagery. Some French wines are indeed not that palatable for the first few years. Give them 10 years or so, and you may have something.

Who here wants to wait 10 years to possibly have something here? Ok, five years?
