Credible TA depends on a fairly fixed number of shares, so a diluting pinkie is tough to TA, IMO... A spike in volume and not much pps move is much like institutional selling on a non-diluting Nas or NYSE company except instead of institutions it's the company dumping shares via "shares paid for services", etc..... BTW, in many cases when Barchart says "sell" that's the time to buy and vice versa.....depending on the company....

Cash is King until further notice!!!

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
