Banro story win/win/win/lose scenarios ....
Technicals are only 50% on the story... and in that volume is whats most important. Banro's volume is running over 100 day averages on days like this. That means larger buyers (aka) institutions, whales, etc...are buying stock NOT BECAUSE of GOLD spot price but because the tapering issue is gone. They beat this stock down along with the sector and now they buy it up. It goes up because it is and was oversold based on that tapering mindset. Now Namoya is coming, Twangiza is doubling out production and the Banro story makes it a viable candidate based on its own merit.
What a couple of folks want you to do is get your eyes off that and only watch GOLD spot price...ironically in its second or third week of gains. United States has a problem. They made treasuries on par with gold and then tryed to thrash gold so their good credit worthiness is the guarantee. Its got some of its percentage value based in U.S gold supply which is constantly ignored by Gold bears. But fact is Gold can stay right here and drift for a couple of years and thats fine with me.....Banro wins. Gold can explode up which it will as QE continues and devalues the dollar and supply grows thinner....Banro Wins. Gold can crash to a $1000 and suddenly demand will go even higher and force price stabilization ,Banros lowering it OAC now below that...banro wins. Banro suddenly runs out of gold,DR Congo is invaded and their #1 target is banro,Banro fails to meet already posted expectations.... banro losses. Odds are in my favor.
