2009 On Monday, Butler International Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection at the US Bankruptcy Court in Delaware. Several affiliated entities, including Butler Services International, Inc. also filed. On a consolidated basis, the debtor has $96.35 million in assets and $75.55 million in liabilities. The Butler companies, with 28 office facilities throughout the US, provides “outsourcing, project management and technical staff augmentation services that are performed onsite at the client’s facility, offsite at a company-owned facility, or offshore at Butler’s facility in Hyderabad, India.”
