I don't disagree with MOST of that. However just last week there were tons of .0002s being sold, so your logic in thinking its not going back there is slightly flawed.

Just keep in mind, Richard along with the t/a he gagged still has 1b shares he can dilute at will. He didn't gag the t/a for no reason.
With absolutely no revenues coming into RANF, all they have to make money right now to make their paychecks and expenses is selling shares.
