Thanks Marco for the feedback. I will definitely keep doing my DD and review the forum on the website. I had been looking at it for awhile, but not in depth. If I'm going to invest more into it, I definitely need to do more DD before taking that jump.

I agree, this is no doubt high risk, but there is a big reward if it pays off. DD will help me make the next decision
