Yeah it might take a few days for it to get a grip on new traders and investors. If the MM's permit this to trade above 3 cents and the company continue to put out PRs regularly, then this has the chance of moving upward significantly. The strong connection with Lukoil is an eye catcher. Let's hope real speculation run this one upward.
