most corporations have prohibitions against those kinds of conflict of interest. You may be unfamiliar with fiduciary responsibilities of corporate officers, but that doesn't mean they don't exist.

And while I don't blame you for your ignorance of standard practice guidelines for fiduciary responsibility in the boardroom, I do feel badly for you that your ethical compass is so absent it isn't patently obvious to you where the conflict of interest is.

Before you get all cute with your "little old ladies checking in for tea and biscuits" you might consider getting up to speed. This has nothing to do with "being a good capitalist".
