Here was Richard's reply to my email:

I noticed that too. RANF did not buy back or retire any shares. I am going to look into the discrepancy.

Good Morning Richard,

I have a question about the new share structure that was posted on IHUB that apparently came from you. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Here are the numbers that were posted:
To summarize:

Total Regular Shares: 823764222 ( I am assuming these are the free trading shares)
Total Restricted Shares: 81600570
Total Shares: 905364792
Total Active Stockholders (Certs): 92

If you take these values and compared to the old SS posted here:

Shares Outstanding - 905,364,792
Free Trading Shares - 795,764,222
Restricted Shares - 129,600,570
Authorized Shares - 2,000,000,000

28M shares that were restricted now are free trading. Went from 795,764,222 to 823,764,222

If you subtract 28M from the old Restricted value(129,600,570) then there should be 101,600,570 shares that are still restricted. But your new numbers say there are 81,600,570 shares restricted. There are 20M shares that are so called missing. Could you explain this please? Did RANF buy these back or were they retired?

Thank you for your time!
Josh
