Formation of New Subsidiary American Trainco Logistics, Inc

We just got rid of ProFlow. I was hoping that the revenue loss from ProFlow would go back into PTAH. Now they are starting ANOTHER SUBSIDIARY? All revenue profit from Q3 is going to show going into this company.

Would it not be best to concentrate the business on their already existing freight rather than dump any profits into another subsidiary?

Not cool. These guys are sounding more and more all over the place like one giant yard sale.

Still holding tight for Q3 Black and White but even after that I can see this stock continuing on at 0.0004 for quite some time.

Loosing my faith in PTAH for sure..... :(
