Foot. Saw your post on being dropped by Blue Cross. Trend1 deleted my response as the market was open, 9:40 A.M. LOL!!!

Can a person be fined/taxed for not having coverage when they were dropped by their carrier. Seems like it would be an interesting law suit. Maybe a class action suit. Here's your chance!
