within a mile or so to Miami International Airport....and no more than 8-10 miles to Port of Miami...What you say makes good sense.

Company sells medications and medical supplies. This will most likely be converted to distribution and packaging center. Being close to the shipping ports I am sure medications to China can be routed through here. Just guess on my part. Significance here is the 1 to $5,000,000 in revenues acquired and to be built on, imo
