Maybe Natcore decided to put everything on hold and go for the tandem cell now and fund it all with a $30 million pp. The fact that traders are buying and selling to themselves is one indication the price is being moved up to accommodate a money raise above $1. Hope I'm wrong, because I don't want to have to wait another year or two for Natcore's technology to hit the market.
